We really appreciated being allowed to check in early since our room was ready, and the welcome was warm. The whole hotel was tidy and very clean, and our room was comfortable with nothing missing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty options. We’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.

There’s a well-stocked Carrefour City just two minutes away on foot, which was handy. I was pleased with the stay and would come back without hesitation. The quiet residential area was great for sleeping, and the studio had plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, a large clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed.

We had two rooms, one on level 3 and another on level 4. The fourth-floor room came with a balcony, a nice extra. Both rooms had everything we needed, and the free coffee in the communal area was a lovely touch, available without limit from 7am to 9pm. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. We only asked about leaving our bags, but the guy kindly offered to get our rooms ready early so we could check in. We’d absolutely stay again.

The location worked for me, though it depends what you want from a trip. The hotel is near the Paris border in a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood, with cafes, restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores close by. Trains, buses, taxis, scooters, and bikes can get you into central Paris. An Uber to the Louvre cost me around €17. I walked a couple of times too; getting to the Eiffel Tower took about 1 hour and 10 minutes, through pleasant and safe-looking neighborhoods. If being in the middle of Paris near the major sights matters, this probably isn't the right hotel. My stay in Studio Room (#306) had some real upsides. It was spacious enough, simply decorated, comfortable, and the furniture was in good shape. On the third floor I got lots of daylight through the long window, fresh air when I opened it, and a partial city view that included the top of the Eiffel Tower. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic supplies, and the bed, made from two twin beds pushed together, was comfortable. The closet was dusty inside, though, and I didn't feel good putting my clothes in it. The small, outdated TV was another drawback. The bathroom was medium-sized but ugly and cheaply finished, like a basic hospital bathroom. The tiny shower stall looked yellowish and grimy. Its two glass doors didn't close properly, so water leaked onto the floor. The shower was old, pressure was poor, and the partly blocked drain was slow. The toiletries were cheap and smelled bad, and the towels were small, thin, and stiff. The hotel was generally clean and well maintained, with a basic but pleasant design. I liked the colorful, playful lobby, and staff were friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. The elevator, however, was old and very small. Pets are allowed for a reasonable €4 per night. The heavy metal room keys with oversized round fobs were uncomfortable to carry. I paid €445 for three nights, or €148 a night, which felt overpriced for such a basic place this far from central Paris. To me, a fair rate would be about half that. I can recommend it if you find a cheaper deal and are comfortable staying on the edge of Paris and using public transport. After trying it once, though, I don't think I'd stay here again.

The neighborhood was quiet, and we slept comfortably. Within walking distance there are laundromats, pizzerias, fast food places, and a restaurant. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s free coffee, a water cooler, and a pleasant courtyard to sit in when the weather’s nice. We stayed a few days at 5 Rue Aristide Briand, 92170 and liked it. The rooms felt cozy and clean, with a fridge, safe, and everything the listing said they’d have.
