After a long day of travel, I arrived at Campanile four hours after booking a room for today, only to find that the reservation had a different date. I hadn’t changed it, and your website defaults to the current date, so I don’t understand how that happened. Your employee said nothing could be done. As a long-time customer, I was really taken aback by the lack of empathy and the rigid policy. Am I still welcome here, and is there anything that can be done?
4/10
The room was a bit narrow, but it was clean and tidy. The food was decent.
10/10
The price was fair, and the hotel was clean and good.
4/10
It wasn’t really clean.
10/10
Nothing to report.
