The heating is noisy, the sheets were dirty, and there was no soap in the toilet. The receptionist couldn't communicate in anything but French. I stay at this hotel four to six times a year, and each visit the quality seems to get lower.
2/10
After staying with this hotel group for months, this was the first time I'd been treated so badly, and the worst experience I've ever had with them. I booked online in advance, but when I arrived in the evening the doors were locked and reception was empty. I knocked and called several times, with no answer, so I had to find another hotel and pay for a new room. The next day I emailed the hotel and head office to explain what happened and ask for my money back. They called me a liar and said they wouldn't refund me.
6/10
The room was small and basic, but fine for a stopover. The toilet and bathroom were clean and OK. The bed could be better, though, as I could still see some hairs on it.
8/10
For the price, it's good: a clean, practical little room. The individual door is useful.
6/10
It's a very cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for.
