The breakfast was generous, with plenty of local products, and the family welcomed us with a glass of champagne. We also got a really insightful look around their family-run Maison and saw the production process right down to the machine that applies the bottle labels. Our room was a good size and felt new, with a balcony shared with other guests. It’s a little out of the way, so you’ll need a car, but we had a lovely stay and felt warmly welcomed.

Fantastic champagne, a tasty breakfast, and a clean, pleasant room. The family were lovely too. Five stars all the way.

We enjoyed our two stays at Le Clos du Moulin. It’s a lovely, peaceful place, and the rooms are very clean. From our balcony, we watched the sunset each evening while tasting the champagne. Breakfast was delicious, with everything we could want: ham, eggs, cheese, bread, yoghurt, marmalade and more. Thank you so much for everything 😊 Mykola & Anna

The family are really friendly and hospitable, and the place is clean with an amazing breakfast. If you’re looking for somewhere outside the bigger towns in Champagne, this is hard to beat. Be sure to try their own Champagne, Francart et Fils. Amazing quality for an amazing price.

The cellar tour was really educational. We got to see and understand the steps each bottle goes through before it reaches us, and their champagnes are very high quality. The property is beautiful, surrounded by fields, with spacious rooms that are tastefully done up. The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. Breakfast was generous and served with personal care. The Francart family’s warmth made a great experience even better!
