We spent the evening having drinks on the terrace, and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Our hosts looked after us so warmly. The room was huge, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the chateau itself was beautiful. We’d love to return someday.

The grounds were a highlight: old trees, an English-style lawn, sculptures, flowers, hedges, and fragrant roses, plus a heated pool with a poolhouse, cold drinks, an outdoor shower, and comfy loungers with soft towels. There’s free parking right by the door, too. Inside, the gallery near the entrance made me feel at ease straight away. The art, sculptures, pictures, lamps, and furniture felt carefully chosen, with a lovely blend of old and new, and everything was in very good condition. The staff were polite and helpful, and the owner was great. Breakfast was excellent. My room had a lovely garden view, tall ceilings, big windows, a small sofa, nice furniture, a wooden floor, and roses from the castle garden. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was outstanding, with marble, a huge window and bathtub, big towels, and a great shower. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. I’d like to come back.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable for a stay that felt like château life. We had a lovely time in the enormous, nicely furnished room, and the château sits in a huge park in Normandy. A great stay!

The owners were among the nicest people I’ve met, and the interiors are seriously stylish. This place feels magical. One of the most amazing hotels in Normandy, maybe in all of France. Highly recommended!
