We had a really nice stay at B&B hotel Royan La Palmyre. The host was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed and mattress were very good. I found the pillows uncomfortable, though that's just my personal preference. The bathroom felt a little cramped, and it was easy to get the floor wet while showering. Still, it was a pleasant stay.
8/10
The staff were friendly, and I liked the coffee and the breakfast room. My room was lovely and worked perfectly for my stay. The elevator was out of order, which wasn't too much trouble for me, but it does need fixing. Thanks to B&B for a practical and fun alternative.
10/10
Getting to central Royan and the promenade by car was easy, and the commercial centre and supermarkets are just around the corner. The accessible room was excellent, with plenty of space and a similarly large bathroom, and the lift made it easy to reach. My one small complaint is that there was only one chair. The room definitely needs another.
8/10
The managers were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean. It's a basic, rather spartan place just outside the main drag, so you'll need to head out to find food. Prices seemed okay. Keep your expectations modest and you'll be fine.
8/10
The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was very good, and the car park felt secure. It's basic accommodation, but it did the job. Reception was closed when I arrived late, so I used the computer check-in system and managed to work it out.
