ResidHotel Golf Grand Avignon

This place has so much potential in its setting and concept, but it’s very dirty and outdated, and clearly isn’t being maintained properly. La France a oublié les services de qualité et la politesse. A big no!

The apartment was huge and comfortable, though the second sofa bed really needs replacing. It wasn’t comfortable at all. Wi-Fi was slow at times, and breakfast could have had more variety and quantity, but it was enough to get the day started. Residhotel Golf Avignon is easy to reach and very well located. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Good value for money and a relaxing place. I’d definitely come back to the region.

There was dust all over the bedroom, and dirty cups were still in the dishwasher, so I figured the room hadn’t been cleaned before check-in. I asked reception to clean it the next morning, and they said they would, but nobody came. I asked again and again, still no one showed up to fix it. I wasn’t expecting great cleanliness after reading so many reviews, but this was worse than I imagined, especially since no one came even after I asked. If cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel was very nice, in a quiet area, and the rooms were neat. Staff were really helpful. But getting from the hotel to Avignon is very difficult without a car. They should make it clear that you need transport.
