For three nights our room never got cleaned or tidied, and the bath towels weren’t changed even once. Still, the price is good for what you get overall.

The bathtub tap was literally held in place with gaff tape, lol. The rooms are really old, smell moldy, and have furniture that looks 20-30 years old. This felt like a two-star hotel to me, nowhere near four stars. I’m now convinced some of the other reviews are fake. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are absolute garbage.

Breakfast was well below average. The eggs were microwaved, rubbery stuff thickened with starch, the worst eggs I’ve ever had. As for the rooms, the first one had broken lights, a broken toilet, fridge and phone, and was dirty. The second was dirty too, with broken lights, fridge and phone. Avoid.

Getting to the trams and shopping area is easy from this location. The service could use some improvement.

There’s no bottled water or beer, and no service. You ask for something basic, they say yes several times, then do nothing. It’s a run-down shot hole, a waste of life.
