Nemea Appart Hotel Europe Velizy Villacoublay

The location worked well, close to the highway and a large shopping mall. Staff were cooperative, the facilities were well maintained, and the kitchen setup was excellent. Breakfast had a good selection of French dishes, and check-in and checkout were smooth and friendly. There’s a 24×7 helpline for emergencies, plus a vending machine and laundry machine. Parking was reasonably priced. A very good stay, and I’d recommend it to families and tourists.

The bed covers had a stain, but the communication before arrival was GREAT! Sydney at reception was lovely, and the location was quiet, nice, and relaxing. There’s a big shopping centre less than 15 minutes away. Would I recommend it? YES. Did I feel safe? YES. Did I sleep well? YES.

It came in below my expectations, and I’d give it three stars rather than four. The rooms were clean, but details were overlooked. The apartment fridge didn’t fit in its compartment, so it took up space for the whole stay. We were there for four nights and the apartment wasn’t cleaned once. When we asked, we were told we needed to stay a week before they would clean it. The staff were courteous and helped as much as they could. I liked being close to an Auchan hypermarket, lots of restaurants, and a large shopping mall.

For the price, it’s a decent deal. The rooms were okay and the pool and sauna were great, with good temperatures and plenty of space. The showers could use better upkeep, though. In the apartment room, the desk was too shallow, and there wasn’t a proper table for eating, so it wasn’t ideal for working either. Reception was supposed to be open at 6am, but nobody was there when I needed to check out. I left my badge there so I could catch my bus.
