La Bastide Des Pins

We came back for a second stay and are sure we'll return again. Isabelle, the owner, is generous and attentive, and her suggestions for places to visit around the region were much appreciated. The Bastide des Pins sits in a quiet, wooded setting, with a beautifully cared-for garden and a breathtaking sea view. The rooms are charmingly decorated. One of the best moments was having the organic breakfast by the infinity pool. We highly recommend staying here.

Isabelle and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful, always sharing useful ideas for where to go and eat. Breakfast was fantastic: delicious homemade cakes, yoghurt, and jams. The rooms were charming, clean, beautiful, and well equipped, with amazing views. The property itself is gorgeous and the view is stunning. A wonderful stay we'll remember forever, thank you so much. Fantastic in every way.

The Riviera room's private terrace looked out across Nice, Antibes, and Cannes, with sweeping panoramic views. The property itself has incredible scenery, and Isabelle was a wonderful, accommodating host. She gave us tips on places to visit, things to see, and the easiest spots for parking, and wrote up attractions and restaurant suggestions in nearby towns. The road up is narrow and steep, with switchbacks for part of the way, but the view at the top is well worth it. I highly recommend staying here.

I've finally found the B&B online after wanting to leave a review ever since my family and I stayed in 2014. Even after nearly ten years, I still think back to that place when I remember our trip along the French coast. It was the prettiest, cleanest, most breathtaking inn I've stayed in. I remember the peaceful view over breakfast, the apricot shampoo, and the lemongrass tea we had in the evenings after walking around Nice. The pear and orange peel jam stayed with me too, though I was too young to ask for its recipe. My mother and I loved the French breakfast and its homemade jams. My German father asked for deli and cheese, and the next morning there was a wider choice. The hosts were attentive and tried to explain where to go and how to get there in whatever French and English they knew. When they heard I played piano, they invited me to play their grand piano. I'm so excited to have tracked the B&B down, and can't wait to return.
