I found hair on the bed as soon as I entered the room. That’s unacceptable and made me question the cleanliness and hygiene. I reported it and asked for a refund, but the receptionist handled it badly and told me to cancel through Booking.com. I did, and the hotel still refused to refund me. I paid for a clean, comfortable stay and got neither. The lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer service was shocking. I felt completely scammed, and I’d urge others to be cautious when booking because the hotel seemed unconcerned about guest satisfaction or fair treatment.

The staff were very friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bed was poor quality and had a hollow in it. We’d booked because of the pool, only to find it opened at 10.30 when we had to check out at 11.00. The hotel is near a Commercial Center. It cost €80 without breakfast, and the cappuccino was €3,5 for one of the worst I’ve had.

We stopped here on the way down to the lakes and found it a great little hotel. The kids could use the pool after 13 hours of driving, and there are lots of different restaurants in the small precinct down the road. It was clean and conveniently placed, and a nice place to stay for a budget hotel. I’d definitely recommend it.

For a two star hotel, it offers more than you might expect, and it’s simple and affordable. The person checking us in also helped order food from the resto. Special thanks to Jeremy on the night shift. He’d only been there a few weeks but handled check in and the bar guests well, including getting us beers and drinks in the same area.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, with dust and spiderwebs everywhere. The room was much smaller than it looked, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. I waited 45minutes for a glass of wine. At least the guy working there was really pleasant and friendly.
