I couldn't find my socks after leaving them in my room, so I asked the reception manager for help. They brushed me off and shouted at me, suggesting it was my own fault. They said only the cleaning team was allowed to enter the room and nobody else could access it, which left me concerned about how the hotel protects guests' belongings and handles room security. I made a complaint that morning, and the manager said I could get an update the next day. When I followed up, they showed no concern and said, "We don’t care about your socks. If you want new ones, you can buy them yourself." Losing something small is one thing, but getting no support when a guest's belongings go missing was disappointing. The service was unacceptable, and a change in reception manager seems necessary for guests to have a better experience. To make it worse, I experienced racist behaviour, which is absolutely unacceptable.
