The two pools were a nice feature, and one was warmer than the other. Rooms were okay, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and plates, though sadly there was no tea or coffee. Dinner was a decent buffet for the price, €14 when I visited, and included rosé or red wine. There were outdoor tables for eating. Staff were helpful, and some were friendly.

The pools were nice, and the place stays fairly cool in June. The room was clean and had the basics, but they worked well. It’s a little far from the thermal baths and casino, though parking is easy. The staff were friendly. No problem.

We had fantastic hikes with an engaging, friendly guide, and the Catalan scenery is magnificent. The locals clearly love their region, and it’s a beautiful place to visit. The village reflects VTF’s values of simplicity, friendliness, and good cheer. The pool is lovely and spacious, the restaurant food is generally very good, and the value for money is excellent. My one disappointment was that the kids’ and teens’ clubs lacked engaging activities, which is why I gave 4/5. Kudos to the activities coordinator, who gives 200%, and to the whole team for doing everything they can to give guests a great holiday.
