Hôtel Les Sources

I couldn't see any thermals. The hotel itself was average and definitely not worth the money. There was no breakfast on Sunday morning, which was a real shock. Check-in is online, and they ask for personal and traveler details as well as your card information for online payment in case you spend money at the hotel. I wouldn't come back.

The price is outrageous for this standard, and the place is really unattractive. There were three of us, two adults and a 13-year-old, but we had to rent a double room in the hotel and a studio in the building next door. The sound insulation is terrible, and the hotel lobby smells of sewage. The supposed mountain view was embarrassing, just the studio building, and the studio view was bad too. In the studio, two electrical outlets weren't compliant and could electrocute a child. An antenna cable came out of an electrical outlet and lay across the floor, easy to trip over. This isn't up to code. Breakfast costs extra, and access to the sauna, spa, and so on costs extra too, which is outrageous at this price. I don't recommend it.

We had a group occupying 25 rooms, and found bedbugs all over some of them. We told reception, but the staff member said it was nothing and normal. By the time we came back at night, there were three times as many. We reported it to the concierge, who eventually took the beds and put them in other colleagues' rooms, and also told us to report it. How can this be allowed, with people telling you it's no problem? They should try sleeping there themselves. The food was also disappointing for the price. Our experience was not satisfactory at all, and we certainly won't return. I'm attaching a photo of one bug that was on the pillow.

The soundproofing was awful. At 7 am the neighbor and their TV woke us up, even though it wasn't very loud, it still sounded like it was in our room. There were no shutters, just blackout curtains that barely kept the morning light out. The spa was old, run-down, dark, and had very few activities. €19 for a day or €13 for a quarter day felt like highway robbery. There's no bar or vending machine for snacks or cold drinks, only a coffee machine. The good parts were the pleasant, smiling staff, the lovely setting, and our clean, fairly well-furnished room, although the shower was a bit small. Nearly €70 for a room like that means we won't be back anytime soon.
