The apartment itself was great, well equipped and thoughtfully set up, but the service really spoiled things. When we arrived, someone told us the fan had just been stolen. It was unbearably hot, so we asked the concierge to replace it. They refused responsibility, saying the listing never promised a fan. When we asked whether one would have been available if we’d requested it at booking, they said yes. Very strange logic. Their helpful advice was to open the windows. They kept reminding us they’d been the victim of a crime, but we felt like the real victims. We’ve spent two nights unable to sleep in the heat, with one more still to go, and we’re not looking forward to it. It’s put a real downer on the holiday we’d been looking forward to, with no relief from the heat. I’d give the customer service one star, though the apartment is great. If you’re booking in summer, check whether it still has a fan.

Absolutely terrible treatment. More than three weeks after we left, we were accused of taking an air conditioner. The property charged us 600 EUR using the credit card details they had. We’re trying to get the money back, but the owner isn’t responding. I don’t recommend staying here.

The property accused my family of stealing an air conditioning unit, even though we’re decent people and had no reason to take anything. They took our deposit without explaining further, and now they won’t answer the phone. I don’t believe they’ll return our money. They haven’t shown us any evidence of this alleged theft. I believe they picked on my family because their English isn’t very strong and thought it would be easy to rip them off. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I really don’t recommend staying here.

A really nice, comfortable hotel, with different kinds of food available.
