This was a really upsetting experience. We booked around 8 pm because my husband needed Wi-Fi for an important remote-work meeting the next morning. When we arrived an hour later, the owner seemed surprised to see us and nothing was ready. The internet wasn't working, so my husband couldn't connect his laptop. I spoke with the owner, and he agreed not to charge us and said he'd tell Booking.com. We left for a larger city to find a hotel with Wi-Fi. The next morning, Booking.com told me the owner wouldn't cancel the charge and was also accusing us of hacking his email. Completely crazy and outrageous. The owner is constantly remodeling the place himself, and it feels dangerous, especially for families with children. I also don't know whether his self-built additions have permits or are safe and stable. Really somewhere to avoid!

Alex, I'll always remember how generous you were. We were treated like kings, and the hosts are incredibly kind. People like him are few and far between. What an absolute gem of a place!
