Nearly 20 years of coming here, and it’s been impeccable!

The family atmosphere is lovely, and children can play safely in the evenings. It’s only a few meters from the beach. We love this place, it’s ideal for a family vacation.

The apartments are far too small, and the ground-floor gardens are overgrown and neglected. Odalys just manages the properties and collects rent from apartments occupied by their owners. When those owners are around, they’re inconsiderate, extremely noisy, and show no regard for the tenants. It feels very low-end, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We paid a lot for 15 days, and after this experience we’re done with Odalys. We were put in an attic apartment with a broken roller shutter in the children’s room. Residence staff had patched it up before we arrived, so we had to buy a fan. The old parasol lasted two days, the vacuum hose had been glued and came off in our hand, and the taped-on ventilation grille was falling apart. At the pool, it was made very clear that tenants didn’t have the same rights as owners. Doing laundry was also difficult because staff were absent. After all that, we found out Odalys had already listed its apartments for sale on Le Bon Coin, but that’s no excuse for leaving them in such disrepair. I emailed them with this feedback after our holiday, and they thanked me for the comments. That made it seem like they couldn’t care less.
