Dinner on the terrace was a treat, with delicious white wine. The Chef and his wife were delightful hosts, quietly spoken and very kind. The hotel is right in the center of town. There’s no hotel parking, but plenty of free spaces less than 100mtrs away. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and well fitted with storage. The shower room was really nice. It was our first time seeing a room 12b in France instead of 13.

The food wasn’t for me. The combinations felt weird.

We came across this discreet hotel by chance and left delighted. We don’t usually offer praise out of the blue, either. The owner and chef was welcoming, gave us great advice, and paid attention to our comfort. The rooms were very nice, better than an Ibis Styles, for example. But the food was the real highlight: we tried Duck à l'Orange and Japanese-style Beef, and both dishes were delicious. Breakfast was homemade too. We’ll come back as soon as we get the chance. Well done!

On April 1st, this was no joke! The dining room was classy and tastefully decorated, and the cuisine was succulent and refined, served beautifully on elegant tableware. The owner and waitress were friendly. Perfect is the word for this restaurant! DANIELLE AND JEAN-PIERRE

We were passing through Viq-en-Bigorre for a wedding and highly recommend the hotel. The covered market across the street on Saturday mornings was a particular treat, and the location is ideal. The welcome was warm, the staff helpful, and breakfast generous. Dinner was excellent value, as were the comfortable room and bedding. Viq-en-Bigorre itself is a charming village, a lovely discovery.
