It’s a typical Ibis: the room was small and basic, with no fridge, for instance, but it was very clean and the bed was fine. The location is good, right in the center of town, and there’s secure underground parking. It was pretty cheap, and I felt I got what I paid for.

The hotel was lively and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The underground car park costs extra. Laurance at reception gave us a lovely welcome.

We had a really nice time. The food was amazing, and Omor made the service top-notch.

We liked that our room was a good size and cleaned every day. My husband had a race nearby, and it was great that the hotel was close to the main shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Breakfast was nice, though the selection was a bit limited, and all the staff were lovely. There’s also a macaron shop nearby, which was a plus for me, lol.

After driving all day, I gave up on staying here and went to another Ibis instead. The room we were given was dark and damp, with a sticky floor, squeaky mattresses, and worn pillows. The staff member took about 15 minutes to show up, had food in her mouth, and didn't speak English. We used Google Translate to ask for another room, but she said they were all the same. She also refused a refund, and neither the hotel nor Accor replied to my emails. Even for a budget hotel, this fell below any acceptable standard.
