Logis Hôtel Belle Etoile Vichy

The location is amazing, right in the heart of Vichy. The receptionist was kind, polite, and very helpful.

We had a really pleasant night here. The welcome was warm, the room was comfortable, and the hotel stayed quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with all-you-can-eat service. Thank you so much!

The connecting rooms worked really well for our family, and looking onto the courtyard meant we heard no traffic. The beds were perfect, though a blackout curtain would help with the morning light. In the bathroom, there was a walk-in shower, shower gel, hand gel by the sink, and a handy extendable magnifying mirror. A little shelf for toiletries would have been useful. Everything was impeccably clean, and breakfast had plenty of varied choices. Staff kept an eye on the self-service spread and refilled it whenever needed. The hotel itself is a lovely old house right in the center, and the women at reception gave us a warm welcome.

My car broke down, so I booked a room at Hotel Belle etoile for one night on September 18, 2025. I got to see the room ahead of time and leave my luggage there, and the staff were very friendly. The repair ended up being much quicker than I expected, so I cancelled. The woman at reception was understanding and helpful again, and I wasn't charged anything. Their hospitality and friendliness are why I'd definitely recommend the hotel. Leo Dhoore
