Keith and Julie made us feel welcome straight away. The gite had everything we needed, and being close to the lake and beach made it an easy place to unwind. We had a lovely stay.

We all found plenty to enjoy, from swimming and table tennis to archery, and our group ranged from 70 down to 6 yrs. After the long drive across from Calais, the Gite soon felt like home. It's so pretty and comfortable, and Julie & Keith have thought of all possible needs. Best place I've stayed on a French holiday. We're definitely coming back next year, for 2 wks instead of 1.

The gardens and Gite were comfortable and well presented again, with everything we needed. Thanks to you both for another relaxing, welcoming stay. We're looking forward to seeing you again next year. Chris & Pete

I loved the interior design, and the owners have thought of everything. It's a cozy house with a lovely garden, a great spot to relax. One of my favourite places I've stayed in France.

A lovely bit of rustic beauty, real French countryside. Best for experienced rural travelers with a car and time to spare. It's 3 hrs south of Loire castles and 1 hr. east of Limoges, with lots of country roads for coureux. A perfect fit for hikers, writers, song writers, artist...
