We’ve stayed here three times during the jazz festival and have no complaints. It’s close to the Roman Theatre. There are five parking spaces in the hotel’s underground garage, and a public car park opposite that’s free overnight. The hotel has no frills, but the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. In summer there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, so we brought a fan and still had a very comfortable night.

I stayed one night and accidentally left my AirPods in the room. When I called the next day, the receptionist confirmed they’d been found. They initially answered my calls and said they’d send them by post, and I gave them all the shipping details they needed. After that, neither the receptionist nor the hotel replied to my emails, and they even blocked my phone number. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were consistently very kind, but the hotel feels neglected and badly needs a thorough clean. The corridors' carpets were filthy, and I found a lot of dirt in the sink, so I couldn't trust that the room toilet had been properly cleaned. I had to change rooms because there was a dump in the toilet in the first one. It also seemed to me that they may be short on housekeeping staff.

The people working there were really friendly and helpful, but the place itself was grim. We booked on a whim because we were nearby and needed to stop. The room was dirty, there was no air conditioning, and traffic noise from the road went on late into the night. They did bring us fans when we asked. There was free parking in a nearby public lot, and lovely views of the Rhône were five minutes away. We didn't have breakfast, but saw the buffet as we were leaving, and it would have made me cry to eat that in France. I'd avoid it unless you only need somewhere to nap before moving on, and there's no heatwave. It's just what it is. Ibis could do better.
