Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from and fresh pastries. They’ll also make your eggs the way you like, right there. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and decent, with what we needed for a comfortable stay. The lobby has a nice seating area for winding down after a long day. There’s no A/C, as is common in ski hotels, so it can feel stuffy when it’s warm, though opening the windows helped. Logis Hôtel Le Faranchin makes a good base for hiking, skiing, or passing through, and I’d happily stay again.

The restaurant food was truly excellent, and the prices felt very fair. The staff were adorable and always smiling, which made staying here a real pleasure. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean, and the hotel is really well located. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area.

We spent three nights here and ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The à la carte dinner was hearty mountain food, with amazing hospitality, great wine, and reasonable prices. Breakfast had a good range and the food was high quality; look out for the blueberry jam and local honey. The rooms were clean, in good order, and well kept. The owners are so friendly and the service is great. A real hidden gem, and we’d love to stay and eat here again.

After a long ride over Galibier, this was just what we needed: somewhere to store the bikes, a comfy room with mountain views, and a great restaurant dinner with generous portions. The hotel is traditional in style and very clean, and the owner was friendly. Highly recommended.
