Our room was spotless and unusually spacious, with big windows looking over town and south toward the mountains. The owners were lovely and very accommodating, and the hotel was so quiet since we were the only guests. I slept badly because the bed was extremely firm, which is the only reason for my four-star rating. Apart from that, we had a great stay, and I’d highly recommend Les Agneaux.

The hosts were so kind, and we had a perfect week here. Dinner was homemade and excellent every day, while breakfast was a good buffet. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with hot shower water and strong water pressure. Booking full board was absolutely worth it.

We kept coming back for three days, at lunch and dinner, and nearly worked our way through the whole menu. The food was excellent, and the wine list was too. In October it seemed to be about the only place open. The staff were friendly and patient with us English folk as we tried to get past the language barrier.

A small, family-run hotel with a really friendly feel, and they speak English. It’s close to La Grave, with Serre Chevalier about 30 minutes away and Les 2 Alpes around 40 minutes.
