The 300 EUR deposit can be at risk if the apartment isn't cleaned to their standards, even though guests have already paid for their stay. We were charged 200/night, yet still had to clean the apartment ourselves. Check-in was restricted to 5-6 PM, and although checkout is listed as 10 AM, guests may be asked to leave as early as 8:00 AM. That wasn't clearly explained in the booking terms. The rooms are in a separate building and felt old and cold. Linen handling was another hassle: we had to carry it to the room in a bag, make the beds ourselves, and use plastic covers that I found uncomfortable. After the stay, we had to put all the linens back in the bag and return it to the office. Service was poor, well below what I've experienced at other hotels while travelling. All of this made for a very disappointing stay.

They charged us 145e because we'd left the microwave and fridge interiors uncleaned. Guests are expected to clean everything before checkout, but charging that much for five minutes of work because we forgot those two things is outrageous.
The rooms matched the photos on the site, and everything was clean. Check-in was easy and efficient, the service was excellent, and they returned the deposit soon after checkout. It's a bit of a walk from the building to the piste, but we knew that in advance from Google maps.
Everything else was fine, but we slept really badly because the double bed was much too small and narrow. A normal-sized double bed would have made it five stars. The poor sleep had a real impact on our stay.
We had our accommodation cancelled at the last minute with no explanation, and it was too late to find anything suitable without spending thousands more. They didn't answer my emails or calls and offered no compensation. I've now seen several reviews from people who say the same thing, so this seems to happen often. Avoid, avoid. In response to the comment: there was no misunderstanding. This is exactly what happened, and there are many other messages below from people with the same experience. If you think there's been a mix-up, perhaps ask your colleagues to reply to one of my many emails.
