The food was delicious, and the welcome from the service team was lovely. Inside, it was just as pleasant as outdoors, where the setting is calm and full of beautiful greenery. I highly recommend it!

The owner is unbeatable, and the prices are breathtaking: 25 euros per person for a delicious meal with wine, a complimentary aperitif, and quality coffee. That's unheard of in this tourist village and the surrounding area. We also loved the welcome, fresh produce, and lovely dining room. Worth the detour...

Le Colombier is one of those restaurants that stays with you, where flavor, aroma, and atmosphere all come together. Few places manage to wake up every sense like this one. Good ingredients alone don't make a memorable meal. It takes real love and dedication, and here the result is much more than food, it's pure pleasure. The setting is soothing and welcoming. The rustic dining room is bright, with plush armchairs and beautiful watercolors on the walls. There's a parking lot for easy access, and the large veranda adds capacity in the warmer months. Still, the real highlight is what arrives on your plate. This restaurant could aspire to the highest accolades. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the dishes were excellent. Even the bread came warm. We chose the Truffle menu, which I naturally recommend. Tuber melanosporum was used generously, in slices, shavings, and thin pieces infused through the dishes. A simple scrambled egg became a succulent burst of flavor. The meat was high quality, tender, and cooked perfectly, with a light slice of foie gras and crisp truffle slices on top. The truffle mashed potatoes came separately in a little pitcher, kept warm under its lid. Their subtle taste lingered, leaving you wanting more. Dessert was a surprise: warm, flaky apple tart with rustic flavors and truffle vanilla ice cream, with an exquisite aftertaste. The restaurant has earned its reputation and excellent ratings. The owners' warm welcome adds something special: Yvonne in the dining room and Claude in the kitchen have been doing this for over 30 years. We wish them continued success, for everyone's enjoyment.
