The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is clean and well located near Gustave Roussy hospital. There’s construction going on in the area, though, so getting to the hotel isn’t straightforward right now.

I’m from Northern Ireland, and Micha made my stay amazing. He was really friendly and gave great service. I’d rate him 10/10 and highly recommend him.

I had a fabulous time at this hotel and restaurant in May 2024. The location was excellent, with lots to do nearby, plus the metro and shopping.

With an important day of business ahead, I booked a room so I wouldn’t have to travel early in the morning. Instead, the night left me upset with the hotel manager and cost me sleep before that important day. It was hot in Paris, with unusually high temperatures for late September, and there was no working air conditioning in the room. I called the desk as soon as I realized there was a problem. The assistant pushed the switch hard, but the system only blew hotter air into the room. I opened the window for fresh air, only to get mosquitoes and the noise of the freeway. I couldn’t sleep. The manager told me that morning the air conditioning problem was already known. How can you let people book rooms when the whole system has a problem? I’m really asking, are you kidding me? Apologies won’t undo what happened. This hotel ruined an important workday for me. It was my third worst hotel experience, and probably the first and last time I’ll stay here.
