The owner was really helpful and his English is very good, though you’ll want to brush up on your French for the markets. We spent a week here and got a nice feel for Paris rental living. Fresh food is nearby, and walking down Avenue de paris takes you to the Okabe shopping mall. Villejuif/Leo Lagrange is the station for getting downtown, and it was great for avoiding crowds.

There’s a lot close by, with two bakeries, a supermarket, butcher, and pharmacy all walkable, and the metro only a few minutes away. The place itself is quiet and nicely furnished, both practical and attractive. The host was very friendly and speaks English too. The value for money is absolutely top-notch, I’d highly recommend it.

I even managed to find free street parking by chance. The neighborhood was very quiet, and both the kitchenette and bathroom were in very good condition during my week in the studio. Very good value for money.

I was completely satisfied with my three-week stay at 5 rue de la Liberté. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were two toilets, two showers, and a very pleasant living room. It’s ideal for 4/5 people. Congratulations to Mr. Mariotte!
