Dinner was delicious, and it was lovely sharing the meal with Melissa and Francois. The terrace breakfast was a great way to start the day, too. They’re a hardworking couple, always helpful and glad to make you feel welcome. The village is sleepy and the surrounding countryside is marvellous. What a gem. Thank you, Melissa, Francois and Swan.

The terrace breakfast was plentiful and worth the 10 Euros, and we liked trying the local beer. Melissa gave us a very warm welcome. We were only here for one night, my brother and me, and wished we could have stayed longer. The Château is beautiful, with lovely countryside views in a quaint village. The pizza restaurant down the road is very good as well. Hope we can come back one day.

It’s a great spot for walking, and for visiting Carcassonne or the local caves. The terrace has beautiful views, too. Our room was a good size, with a private bathroom that wasn’t en suite. The hosts are very friendly, and we enjoyed sitting with them over a home-cooked meal made with local ingredients. Good value for money.
