We did enjoy our stay, and the property has a lot of potential, but the value for money wasn't great. We rented the cottage to host friends after our wedding in June, and some of the outdoor areas weren't in the shape we expected. The lawn had scattered clumps of uncut grass. The pool tiles were mossy and littered with tree debris, making the surface very slippery and dangerous. The pool also hadn't been cleaned properly, and the skimmers had holes in them. When we booked the previous autumn, Nathalie had seemed very friendly and shown us around. We liked the property even though the grounds looked a bit neglected then, which seemed understandable for the season. We expected them to be more presentable by June. Inside, I had concerns about the electrical wiring. Some outlets seemed too close to water sources, less than the required 60 cm away, and appliances only made intermittent contact unless the plug was held in a certain position. The towels were rough and smelled strongly of wood smoke. We tried not to let these things spoil the stay.

No one, kids or adults, wanted to leave on Sunday night! We spent an excellent weekend here for my son's baptism. The cottage is comfortable, refreshing, and equipped with everything we needed. The owners are friendly, and we'd recommend the table d'hôte too. See you soon 😊

The brunch was delicious, made on-site with fresh ingredients, and Nathalie and Richard served us so kindly. It's a great option if you want plenty of choice. We had a wonderful long weekend with friends, thanks to the warm welcome and quality accommodation. The gîte is spacious and comfortable, with room for everyone to find their own cozy spot. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, spa, and relaxing corners of the garden. Getting there was easy from anywhere in France by train, plane, or car. Thank you, and we hope to come back!

Everything was so cute, the outdoor areas were lovely, and we had a great weekend with the girls. We booked the cottage for my sister's hen party and couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were really nice, the meals were perfect, and we got a very warm welcome. Richard and Nathalie were kind and even saved us at the last minute with the video projector. I recommend it!

We had such a peaceful family weekend here, and everyone was welcomed so warmly. They struck a great balance, letting us know they were around if needed while giving us our space. The cottage is beautifully landscaped with trees, calm and relaxing, and set up to comfortably host 20 people with everything you might need. We could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi in complete privacy. There’s an artisan baker and local producers just a five-minute drive away. Highly recommended, though maybe not in early September, since I'd like to book it again next year 😉
