The food was awesome, with plenty of variety for most people, and the dining areas have an unparalleled view over the Mediterranean Sea. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. We were delighted to get the chance to stay here. It’s well situated and has unique features that make it feel like stepping back in time, while the conversion itself is a masterpiece.

The cafe has its own vibe, especially as you walk up the hill. The food was amazing, and they have cocktails and mocktails too. The view out toward the sea and Nice is incredible, especially at sunset with the mountains.

It was a perfect solo getaway, and one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. My private pool and jacuzzi were exquisite, and the managers and staff were top tier. I could go on and on, but I can’t wait to return. Thanks for making my stay so special and perfect. Every hotel since has felt like a slum, lol.

The sculpture garden overlooking the sea is a real jewel, and the service is excellent. The food was stunning at both Chevre d’Or and the more casual Remparts. I’m in love with this beautiful setting. A few spaces, like the bathrooms, could use some refurbishment.
