The location is really good and parking is free. Unfortunately, our room smelled very bad and wasn’t clean enough. We complained, but reception didn’t do enough to help, which made the stay unpleasant. The internet was terrible and wasn’t even free.

The biggest problem was the internet. Wifirst is very expensive, but the connection was poor and unstable. We paid 80 Euros for six devices for two weeks, and the speed was terrible. Given how much people rely on the internet now, this really needs to change. The other downside was parking: it’s free with the apartment, but at the far end of the block, at least a 300-metre walk, which is a pain in the summer heat when carrying groceries. There’s no 24-hour reception either, just two short opening periods each day. The bed is small, though the mattress was great for me. Still, for the price we paid, it was a very nice apartment, close to the main things. The beach, bars, and restaurants are all within 100 metres. The apartment was good, the AC worked well, and there’s a nice pool, but it isn’t heated, so it’s pretty cold even in summer. It ranges from 1.00 to 2.40 deep. The electric cooking takes some getting used to.

The area worked well for us: there’s a big supermarket within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were good, and the place was reasonably priced. The pebbles on the beach hurt our feet, so water shoes are a good idea. We bought an umbrella from the little shop because none were available to rent. Arriving after reception closes needs planning. Leaving a message didn’t work, as nobody listened to it, and it wasn’t always possible to speak to someone. Security eventually helped us sort things out. Checkout was a process too: we had to arrange an appointment, wait in our room for the inspection, then go to reception to get the deposit back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We were charged 50 euros for a sea view, but there was no sea view from either our room or balcony. They wouldn’t accept our complaint.
