A friendly welcome in a simple, no-frills setting.
2/10
The room was tiny, and the cleanliness was awful. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling, the bathroom smelled of urine, and the grout in the shower was completely black. The mattress wasn't exactly new either. I booked for just one night, and luckily it was only one! I was surprised the room cost €49 a night. If you're booking a hotel in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, absolutely avoid the Epicurien!
2/10
The owner gave us a warm welcome and was tired but very kind. Even so, the hotel was far too dirty for us to return. The room meter was on, there were suspicious stains on the walls, breakfast was meager, the dishes were filthy, and the coffee tasted burnt.
