The kids had a great time. Just don’t plan on staying long, since the comfort is limited.

We wanted a change of scenery for an evening without going far, so we spent the night in the treehouse 🐿️ with the kids and my partner. It was cool but dry, which suited the children and made it nice to sit out on the terrace. The kids were charmed by the baskets lowered on a rope, which we pulled up with our things inside. We chose dinner baskets for adults and children: charcuterie, cheese, lentil salad, juice for the kids, and little jugs of wine for us. They seemed small at first, but the portions were generous, and we went to bed full. Breakfast was just right too, with pastries, bread, butter, jam, and drinks kept warm in thermoses. The bathroom chalet has three small, simple bathrooms. The owner had told us the gas boiler made the water heating a bit rustic, and her advice helped us figure out the temperature. I know the kids will want to come back, but next time in a yurt! 👍🏻 Definitely something to try once.

A peaceful green spot to recharge, surrounded by nature, birdsong, and branches creaking in the wind. It’s lovely and cool even when it’s hot outside, and there’s a swimming area with wibit games set up all summer. The welcome was warm, the breakfast generous, and the local food platter delicious. Great for reconnecting with family, friends, or your partner.

Our whole family loved sleeping in the trees. The host was so warm and welcoming, and the peaceful weather made it easy to switch off, play cards, and spend proper time together. Thanks for such a lovely stay and the delicious breakfast basket!

The generous breakfast was a plus, and the setting is charming and very relaxing. But the yurt felt a little dated, especially the outside fabric. There’s no electricity or outlet for charging devices, which we hadn’t realized. The lights run on solar power and a battery. The bathrooms were very clean, but the showers were uncomfortable and could be dangerous for children because getting the hot and cold water balanced was so difficult. The plates in the wicker basket in our yurt had a small amount of coffee-colored liquid on them, as shown in the photos, and the bin was full of water. By the time we noticed, our host had already left. It was also disappointing that our host didn’t even smile. It’s a unique experience if that’s what you’re after, but the price felt high: for four people, it goes from €80 to over €140 a night.
