hotelF1 Villepinte Parc des Expositions

For the price, the rooms are decent, and the staff were friendly and capable. It’s very affordable.

A fairly average budget hotel, with a good restaurant across the road. It’s close to the airport.

The rooms were well maintained, and the building was simple to get in and out of. The toilets were okay, though small, and there was a small breakfast area by reception. The receptionists were friendly, but they argued over silly things and wasted time instead of resolving problems. They didn’t seem to know how to handle customers. My group’s booking included free breakfast, but while I was eating, a receptionist bluntly told me I wasn’t entitled to it. That got sorted out, but this kind of pointless confusion happened a lot.

It’s very basic, and our room smelled dirty, but for the price it’s still better than sleeping in your car. Each floor has five shower cubicles with soap and four toilets with paper, shared with everyone else on that floor, so please leave them clean for the next people. You can get breakfast in the morning for a few euros. There are no towels in the room, but you can rent them for a few euros. The showers and toilets are for one person at a time.
