Ariana Hotel

The manager was really friendly, informative and helpful. The rest of the place was grim: my room, the hallway and the elevator were all dim, filthy and badly worn. It’s the most disgusting, run-down hotel I’ve stayed in recently. It looks like it’s waiting to be torn down or gutted.

I only needed one night here. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, and the air conditioning didn’t work. There were yellow tiles in the tub and little insects around the place. On the deck, things were peeling, and I found hair and bugs there too. The carpets and walls had stains, and the hotel is old. The door lock didn’t work, and the safety lock was loose, so it couldn’t secure the door. You have to use an actual key to lock it. Staff were friendly sometimes, depending on who you got. If these things don’t bother you, you might be fine, but it was enough for me.

It’s easy to reach the hotel and get to other places from there, and the location is very good. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful. The place is clean and tidy, though the bathroom is very basic. A pretty standard three-star hotel, and I’d recommend it if you need somewhere quiet to work.

Pick another hotel. The showers are dirty, there’s no hot water, and the internet is so slow I couldn’t open a website.
