I’ve spent a week at this address four times in the past year while travelling to Lyon for work, and it’s been a great stay every time. The place and location are great, and so is the owner. I strongly recommend it.

There are several shops close by, and the area is quiet and really well placed. The studio itself was clean, nice, and practical. I've booked again for my next trips to Lyon, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I've booked with Mr. Rolland five times now for trips to Lyon, and every stay has gone well. The studio is nicely decorated, good value, clean, and roomy enough for one or two people. It comes well equipped with the essentials each time. I also really like being able to check myself in and out. Mr. Rolland is attentive, easy to reach by email, and quick to respond. One of my favorite Airbnbs in Lyon, and I'd happily recommend it.

My flight landed at 8:15 a.m., and because the studio was free, I could check in before the usual 4:00 p.m. time. That flexibility was much appreciated. I was in Lyon for a 3-day training course, and the apartment was cozy, practical, and equipped with everything I needed. Mr. Rolland was professional and reachable throughout, from booking through the stay and afterward. The welcome pack was very complete, too. Thanks for making a work trip so pleasant. I'll recommend you to colleagues who need to go to La Fabrik (rue du Dr Long).

Quiet, clean, close to the tram, and equipped with everything. Always a great choice! I'll book a studio again whenever I need to come to Lyon.
