I slept so well there, with nothing but the sounds of nature outside. In clear weather, the sky was full of stars, and the moon hadn’t risen yet. The next morning’s breakfast was delicious, with homemade food from the house and village. The rooms are roomy and lovely, looking out over the courtyard and the village rooftops, including the church tower. We got such a kind welcome by the fireplace, and the hostess speaks English and Spanish well. You can also have dinner there with a good glass of wine. A fantastic place in a little French village. Go celebrate life in Villon.

We love Maravillon. I’ve stayed five times now, and it feels like home away from home. Great company, delicious dinner and wine, and just the right stop on the way to Switzerland. MinWdeB

We booked at the last minute, so we couldn’t join dinner because it needs to be reserved 24 hours ahead. The hostess kindly booked us a table at a lovely nearby restaurant instead. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and the owners are warm and welcoming. They speak English too. We’d definitely come back.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming that we felt like we were staying with friends from the minute we arrived. The buildings are beautiful, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The food was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.
