We arrived on a Monday evening, when few restaurants were open, and Nicolas took time to suggest places to eat. He was quick and flexible when we booked at the last minute for one night, and greeted us warmly on arrival. The room was charming, spotless, and well cared for, with a large, very comfortable bed that gave us a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a real treat, carefully prepared with delicious fresh fruit and other products, plus savory choices on request. You can feel how much care goes into making guests welcome. We had a lovely stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. For a similar price, sometimes even less than a local hotel, it felt much warmer, more authentic, and more convivial. Thanks again, Nicolas. We’d be glad to return if we pass through Vittel again.

The breakfast was generous and varied, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We had a lovely weekend away with friends in a beautifully arranged, tastefully decorated apartment. We loved our stay and would gladly come back.

The room was beautiful and thoughtfully equipped, just as described on the website, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast deserves a special mention. We recommend La Sapinière and would be happy to return.

Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Sapinière bed and breakfast is about a 15-minute walk from the town center. Our room was roomy and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was substantial, and the host was attentive and available throughout our stay.

Nicolas helped make our time in Vittel so pleasant, with a warm welcome and a lovely stay at La Sapinière. The property is large and wooded, with plenty of shade, and sits in a peaceful neighborhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning, a French breakfast of homemade jams, croissants, and fresh fruit was served on a beautifully set table. Thank you again, Nicolas.
