The rooms were nice and clean, and both lunch and dinner were excellent. What stood out most, though, was how cared for the owner and his son made us feel.

The rooms are quite small, which makes sense in this mountainous area. Still, this is a lovely little hotel in Vivario, with wonderfully helpful, friendly staff and a restaurant that's amazingly good.

We only ate dinner here, but the food was amazing and the service super kind.

We visited in winter and the hotel was lovely and warm. The terrace looks like it would be great in summer, and the view from the parking area is stunning. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the comfortable rooms had everything we needed, and the restaurant food was delicious. They were very accommodating with children too. We'd definitely come back.

The restaurant's local dishes were fantastic: wild boar, lamb, brocciu, and excellent local pear desserts. Definitely worth stopping by when you're driving past.
