The architecture is gorgeous, but I found the service a bit greedy and rude. You can't sit inside unless you buy a meal, and there’s no microwave or fridge available for hikers. Everything has to be bought, even a little hot water or a pack of sugar, so you need to rely on them for everything. There’s no picnicking, and the kitchen doesn't open until 7 am. A hotel should have hot water for hikers, like places with cooking facilities do. Even a tea kettle would be nice. No TV, and the wifi was horrible.

The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the views of the surrounding mountains are incredible. We spent two nights here before starting the GR20 south and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the staff and owners went out of their way to help us. A perfect place to take a break during the hike or stay before setting off.

The garden was wonderful, the hotel thoughtfully designed, and the rooms comfortable. The kitchen was really good too. What stood out most was how polite and helpful the staff were with guests. We had an amazing stay after the GR20.

Dinner in the courtyard was just perfect, and the hotel was lovely and quiet. My friend and I spent a night here while walking the GR20, and the family running the place were the friendliest hosts we met on the whole trip. They made us feel so welcome. Their picnic lunch was the best one we got on the hike, so I'd recommend it. Thank you.
