The room was basic, which suited us just fine, and the restaurant food was more than good. The sirloin steak was incredible. Our waitress, the youngest woman on staff, was especially friendly and helpful, and her English came in handy. Six out of five stars for her! I’d strongly recommend the place.

The food was generous, tasty, and very reasonably priced, and the hotel is great value too. Staff were friendly. Since the rooms are in the courtyard behind the restaurant, they stay peaceful and quiet, and having a private car park is another plus. The one thing I didn’t care for was the old-fashioned decor.

The hotel and little village have such a lovely atmosphere, and the hotel restaurant was pleasant too. It’s only about 20 minutes from Strasburg. The room heating was a bit off, but I’d happily visit again.

We’ve stayed here many, many times. It’s an ideal stop on our way to and from Italy: the staff always make us feel welcome, the rooms have been recently renovated, and the food is consistently very good.
