La Ferme Du Vert

It was a very quiet place, and the host went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were very forthcoming.

We wished we’d visited in warmer, drier weather. The dinner, though, was excellent: a small menu with three starters and three entrees, all cooked with care, delicious and beautifully presented. The wine list was small but perfectly adequate. This charming little hotel is an easy 20 minutes from the Shuttle. The rooms are plainly decorated, nothing fancy, but they’re good value, with comfortable beds and linen. We also received a friendly welcome.

The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they’re spacious and comfortable. The food is excellent and well priced, and the attentive, friendly service makes the place feel like a family home without being suffocating. It’s wonderfully quiet and incredibly welcoming, one of our favorite choices for a short stay, an overnight stop or a break from the motorway. Highly recommended.

I’m reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. The food and service were absolutely stunning, and it’s great value for money. Beautiful surroundings, quick service and a clean toilet. The pictures speak for themselves. A very recommendable restaurant, but make sure to book a table.
