The staff sorted out my booking mistake after replying quickly and helping me fix it. Their communication was excellent, and the customer service was brilliant. Thanks for all your help.

The location is a little outside the city centre, and there isn't much of interest right nearby. A car could be useful, though we managed fine without one. We only stayed one night, but it was a really pleasant visit. Our room was clean and tidy, the staff were incredibly kind and answered all our questions, and we were happy with the fitness room. We really enjoyed our short stay, would recommend the hotel, and would consider coming back.

The staff were very friendly, but the facilities made for a poor stay. The AC didn't keep the room cool, and there was still a musty smell the next morning. The toilet seat was cracked on one side. People in our group staying in other rooms also said they found mold in the bathroom.

A lovely spot on the outskirts of town, with nice rooms and really good food.

Friendly staff, and the place was clean and comfortable. The price was good too.
