Relais Arc en Ciel Hôtel

The pool was the reason we booked, but the water looked greenish and was too dirty to swim in. The rooms are new and look nice, though some of the assembly is shoddy. Our tap was really loose, and the bed felt so cheap I worried it could break at any moment. It’s fine for a night while passing through, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. The hotel is still being renovated.

I came all the way from Milano after seeing the wonders of Cite d'Automobile, and that hotel stay is still with me. It was 2018, and despite the low star rating and poor reviews, it turned out to be one of my best experiences. I swam, then had some amazing Indian-like food. It felt like pure freedom, and I loved that World. Do you remember it? Have you ever experienced it?

The rooms are a bit tight, and the building is quite old, which is probably why the lodging fee is affordable. Still, it’s a nice, cool hotel with plenty of facilities and places to relax. There’s a spacious pool, plus somewhere to rest your back if you don’t feel like swimming. The meals were nice, and reception treated customers well. The room-size issue could be sorted out in the near future.

The breakfast was terrible. They list it as a 3-star hotel on the booking site, but in real life it’s a 2-star place.
