Logis Hôtel Le Cygne

We don’t speak French and ran into a few hurdles during our visit to town. The gentlemen and lady helped us find somewhere to stay and arrange a taxi and accommodations. I’m incredibly grateful to the hotel and staff for their time and hospitality. They helped us feel safe in an unfamiliar place, and we’ll certainly be back very soon. Thank you so much again.

The owner’s friendliness was the biggest plus. She’s passionate and took time to share that passion, tell us about the history of the place, and prepare breakfast with her homemade products using heritage flours. The rubbish bags came in handy too 😜. We spent one night as a family in a quadruple room. The bedding was comfortable, the location very pleasant, and the stay was excellent value for money. We look forward to spending a few days with you again!

Meals are available next door at Bistrot du Cygne, where the food is delicious and the owner bakes excellent bread. The hotel is very well located and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We spent three nights here with our son in a quadruple family room. It was clean, spacious, and well laid out, and the hotel is centrally located, friendly, and well maintained. The hosts were accommodating and interesting, and the breakfast was exceptional, definitely worth trying. Excellent value for money, and a very pleasant, peaceful stay in the Haute-Loire region.
