Delphine and David’s homemade meals were a real highlight, healthy and delicious at breakfast and in the evening. Delphine was so attentive and went out of her way to make us feel special. We’d planned just one night in this peaceful countryside spot in Brittany, but liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. We’ll definitely be back.

Delphine was so caring and warm throughout our stay at Demeure du Porzou. The wooden bathtub was a real treat, soaking in the warm water made the day feel complete. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including lots of homemade things, and you can also have dinner in the garden. The house and rooms are special and beautifully decorated, and the garden is lovely too. There’s plenty to explore nearby, from castles and gardens to little coastal towns. We were welcomed warmly, and would happily return to this gem in Brittany.

Delphine’s cooking was a real pleasure during our two nights at Demeure du Porzou. We had table d'hote both evenings, plus excellent breakfasts with homemade yogurt, sweet pastries and sourdough bread. Cooking is clearly her passion, and we got to enjoy the results. She also gave us useful suggestions for places to see, and spoke excellent English, which made conversation easy since our French is limited. We were touring Brittany for two weeks, and found the B&B a great base for day trips around the Cotes d'Armor. Delphine even offered to do our laundry for a modest fee, saving us half a day we could spend sightseeing instead of at a laundromat. Two nights felt too short. Staying 4-7 days wouldn’t be excessive for exploring the area.

A lovely stay, thanks to the warm welcome and thoughtful, expert service from Delphine and David. Thank you both!

The little thoughtful touches made Demeure du Porzou, also known as “Chez Délphine,” feel especially welcoming. I loved the food and its presentation, and the goats and cat were a delight too. Such a peaceful, lovely place, and the quality was exactly what I’d hoped for. No doubt, five stars. I enjoyed my stay and can absolutely recommend it.
