Les Regalia Hotel & SPA

Les Regalia looks beautifully designed, but at an average of €700 a night the service felt poor. Food and drinks were overpriced, and both the hotel and beach service were mediocre. Staff didn’t communicate well, and requests seemed to get a fake response instead of proper attention. The beach area was ridiculous. If you’re used to real luxury hotels around the world, this isn’t one.

We loved the pool area, the beach, the views, and the design, as well as the lovely surroundings. What really made our week at this beautiful hotel was the service. Every staff member we met was helpful, kind, and polite.

We had a drink at the bar after our spa visit, and the view from there was beautiful. The massage was good, and afterward we got tea and dried fruit, plus a lovely spa gift set at the end. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa and changing area felt very cramped, with only three loungers altogether. No robes or slippers were provided, and there was no free water, so you have to order it from the menu. The changing area lacked basic toiletries like cotton pads and swabs. There was just one hairbrush for everyone, which didn’t feel hygienic. At one point, the changing-room shower stopped working. Staff said it would be fixed, but not right away. The drinks and dessert could have been presented better. For the price, I expected more.

Breakfast was a highlight of our seven nights at Hotel Regalia in Pinarellu Bay: fresh and delicious, with a stunning view. We’ve just returned and are already dreaming of another visit. The stylish rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully designed, with incredible balcony views. Antoine, Marie, Thomas, and the rest of the team, whose names we didn’t catch, made us feel so welcome. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. We can’t recommend Hotel Regalia enough. It was a perfect Corsican escape!
