The house hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but they still wanted to charge the mandatory €40 cleaning fee, which we refused. Electrical cords were lying around everywhere. My father was injured on vacation and taken away by the fire department, but no Odalys representative came to the site. Customer service was impossible to reach. They said they'd call us back, and a month and a half later we're still waiting. The pool looks out onto a construction site, where the workers can see you. Avoid!
