Staff here are so warm and helpful that every interaction felt genuine, with no robotic replies or fake smiles. The rooms were clean, neat and organised, and the location made getting around easy. Cardiff is about a 30-minute drive, and the Four Waterfalls Walk is roughly 35 minutes away. There are also large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I loved my stay, and after the perfectly made bed and friendly reception, going home felt like a downgrade. Great location, very clean rooms, excellent service and wonderful staff. Would I come back? Without thinking twice. And yes, I’d secretly like them to manage my house too! 😄

We found a great hotel in Aberdare for trips from London to our Chapel in Mountain Ash, and the welcoming staff make it feel like a home away from home. Rhiannon deserves a special mention for always going out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need during our long stays. The hotel is very clean, and we’ve been happy with the place and the people. We also loved seeing the many Arti crafts Sophie introduced us to, raising support for the great Osmond street children’s hospital. It’s a cause we’re glad to support. We recommend the hotel to visitors attending our Chapel events. Thank you, Premier Inn Aberdare, for making each stay memorable and being the right place with the right people. God bless you all. The Pub/ Eatery next door was the one letdown. It was cold when I went in, and a draft from the windows didn’t help once I sat down. Moving tables made it more comfortable. The food was hot, well cooked, tasty and much needed. At the hotel, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the lady at reception was cheerful and helpful.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, a full 10/10 for service. The rooms were comfortable, though they could do with a deeper clean. Asda, Lidl, KFC and Domino’s are nearby, and the hotel is in a great location for getting around. Brecon Beacons is about a 20-minute drive, with plenty of other attractions within 30 minutes.

Sarah and the team were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Aberdare Premier Inn, and they made a fuss of our two-year-old. With Christmas coming up, they’d left a thoughtful goodie bag in the room for him, and he was absolutely thrilled. Thanks for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely stay again.
